I have got to admit, making sure there's food on the table every meal is one of my challenges as a mom. Sometimes, I just get caught up with whatever I am doing, may it be chores or leisure. So, I made a quick go-to meal for those times I have not done Jerome's meal prep or just got overwhelmed with chores. This go-to meal is Pizza! Like seriously, who doesn't like pizza right?
This pizza is not only easy to make but also you can make it really healthy for your family (Toppings is the key!).
I like best with this dish is that it's so easy to make that I have my 9-year-old prep the pizza for me.
So here the recipe for my quick and easy pizza! 🍕
Easy Oven Pizza
Serves:2
Prep time: 7mins
Oven time: 7mins
Ingredients:
1 Ready-made pizza crust (I store packs and packs of these in the freezer) or handmade dough store on the fridge.
1 pack quick and easy pizza sauce
1-as many as you like cup Mozzarella shredded cheese or Pizza toppings shredded Cheese
Other toppings of your mix and match choice:
Tomato
Whole mushroom
Fresh basil leaves
Frozen broccoli florets
Arugula
Canned tuna
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough
2. Spread the Pizza Sauce all over the dough
3. Add Mozzarella cheese
4. Add your choice of toppings.
5. Heat pizza in the oven for 210 deg Celcius for 7-8 mins.
6. Slice and serve!
