Oreo Cookies & Ice Cream!

One of my daughter's regular on her Shopping list is (you guessed it), ICE CREAM. And never missed she always only ask for one flavor (you guessed it again) Cookies and Cream. So, as my goal to keep everything they eat or snack Homemade by me ( homemade is always a healthier and if not guilt-free at least less guilty options to snack), I researched and experimented doing my very own cookies and cream Ice cream.

After 3 tries (the first one was frozen or not creamy, and the second one was too sweet).

I finally got it right!
