This lockdown has been a stressful and mentally draining experience for my 9-year-old. She loves to go out to swim and play with her friends. She gets so preoccupied with activities that her snacking habits are less to nothing. but now, this quarantine has got her idle in one place that she now got plenty of time to watch #primevideo, #netflix and, play #Roblox. Because of that, her snacking habits were increasing, and in a no healthy manner. I was monitoring her consumption and I noticed that half of her intakes are filled with what I call grocery junks. My husband also got alarmed with what he is seeing so we decided to trade those snacks with something healthier. I made a quick run to healthy options and bought some ingredients (It's more expensive, but it's worth it). I read 8-10 healthy snacks or desserts I could find on Pinterest, then mixed and tweaked the recipes into one. And the result? It was surprisingly amazing! So amazing that I had to do 3 batches in 5 days. So here's my Kid's Energy Snack Ball recipes.
