My letter to my Daughter's Step-Father.

Thank you, for literally taking the big STEP up as Chaeli's father. Thank you for loving her like she was your own.

For teaching her How to be a lady and how a lady should be treated.

For doing your best effort not to eat her last piece of doughnut.

For teaching her how to skateboard and solve math better than me.

For teaching her how to be a good friend when she starts showing some attitude to her playmates.

And for teaching her how to be independent even as a child.

Thank you for working so hard (especially now more than ever that my paycheck is not steady with this crisis going on) to be able to give the best life for me and Chaeli.

Sometimes you amaze me seeing your dreams and ambitions for Chaeli is bigger than my dreams for her.

I know parenting may be hard especially for someone who instantly becomes just a father without any warm-up. There's no manual for fatherhood, but you do seem to be doing fine, if not fine better than most father I see.

This Father's Day we wanna celebrate you for being the greatest bonus dad we've ever seen. We celebrate you our very awesome tito Jerome; For embracing fatherhood even if you have the option not to.

Happy Father's Day. Thank you for showing us that you don't have to be a dad.

Love you monggo,

Superdad badge fits you well.

-Your Wife.
